The Approach
A Human Perspective
I don’t believe that struggling necessarily means that something is inherently wrong with you. We are shaped by our experiences, relationships, families, culture, and the ways we learned to cope with what life asked of us.

Sometimes those ways of coping stop working. Therapy can be a place to understand how you got here, unlearn what no longer serves you, and begin making choices that fit who you are now.
Areas of Focus
Much of my work centers around these three areas, although what brings each person to therapy is unique.
Substance Use & Family Support
Support for your own relationship with substances or for the impact someone else’s substance use is having on your life.
